We provide our clients with complete turnkey packages. Starting with the concept design through to the final stages of construction, we bring together the best-for-project team to meet our high standards. We draw on our in-house expertise and an extensive network of property consultants, architects, sustainable design consultants, GMP experts, landscape designers, as well as structural, mechanical and process engineers. Being responsible for both the design and construct of the build leads to more effective communication on the project and enables us to complete parts of the design and construct in parallel. We are passionate about building innovation. Buildings are constantly evolving and we, as builders, must develop with those changes. SPECIALIST CONTRACTING
At Wilkore, we pride ourselves on our specialist expertise. We are experts in the design and construct of cleanrooms, laboratories, containment facilities, PC2 and PC3 areas. We prioritize the training of our staff and as a result, we have a dedicated team of specialist tradespeople. As a company we are involved at all levels of our projects: from digging the footings to sealing PC3 facilities. Because of this, we have the flexibility to both run projects, as well as to be brought onto projects as a specialist contractor.
EXTENSIONS AND REFURBISHMENTS
Although often cost effective, extending existing buildings can be disruptive and risky. Wilkore have successfully delivered dozens of projects on operational sites. From basic office refurbishments to clean build projects in high-end pharmaceutical suites, we manage the project to ensure continuity and minimal risk to our client's business. We train our staff and subcontractors to carefully consider procedural risks and to understand the consequences of not following procedures.
Our company is structured to enable us to service smaller projects and to provide maintenance services for the life of the facility. Our maintenance staff are trained to operate in highly regulated environments, such as specialist laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and cleanrooms, while maintaining minimal impact to the surrounding operations. We also assist clients with their ongoing responsibilities regarding essential services including emergency exit doors, emergency and exit lighting, smoke detection and sprinklers.
