In mid 2002 MiniFAB took possession of 3,500 m² former Motorola Head Office building in the heart of Caribbean Park. Within 8 weeks Wilkore demolished part of the existing offices and built 320 m² of cleanroom space and installed the hi-tech equipment previously housed at the Industrial Research Institute of Swinburne (IRIS) in Hawthorn.

The facility has recently undergone expansion of a further 1,600 m² to house pharmaceutical based clients. Wilkore maintains the facility ensuring cleanroom compliance and reliable operation.
