Kincrome is a tool manufacture and distribution company. Their new distribution centre comprises 10,200 m² of office, warehouse and amenities area. The office facade utilises honed blue stone tiles, silver Alucobond and TS21 glazing.
The facility is fully sprinkled, including Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers for the 12m high warehouse. These sprinklers are fed by the sprinkler ring main that services Caribbean Park. This removes the need for tank and pump sets for each individual facility on the estate.
