FAST-TRACK PROJECTS

We understand that our client's business can depend on rapid completion of a project; opportunities arise with limited timeframes, companies can't afford to lose any time in disaster recovery, situations arise where there is no time to be lost. At Wilkore our expertise allows us to fast-track projects by running the design and construction of a project in parallel. We know where we can economise on programs. We have long-term relationships with many of our subcontractors, ensuring a better and speedier end result for our clients. We can ask more of them and know that they will deliver for us. Our fast-track capabilities also means that when unexpected delays arise or the weather gets in the way of progress on site, we bring a project back on track.

DESIGN

Our experience in design means that we are able to help our clients ensure that their buildings are compliant, accreditable and will work structurally and aesthetically. Frequently our long-term clients ask us to get involved at the early stages of design, collaborating with architects, engineers and the clients themselves, we help facilitate the design. We are recognised experts in high containment, cleanrooms and automated containment storage systems (ACS).
