Wilkore have constructed over 500,000m² of office, manufacturing and warehouse space throughout Australia. We are experts at fast-tracked projects, using staged construction, working on complex sites and completing works within operational facilities.
Linde
In May 2011 Wilkore completed construction of a new office, warehouse and showroom complex for Linde Material Handling Australia. The complex has been built to house the assembly, service and maintenance of Linde’s forklifts. The facility includes 1,000m2 of office and showroom space and 3,500m2 of warehouse and assembly space. Linde requested that the facility be based on their recently completed facility in Queensland. Wilkore adapted this model to suit Linde’s site at Caribbean Business Park which included a second floor to the facility as well as an extra 1,000m2 of space.

Ecowise
In late March 2006, Ecowise engaged Wilkore to provide them with a new Victorian Office and Laboratory facility. By May the design was complete. By September 2006 a new building shell with a footprint of over 3000m² and 920m² of Laboratory Fitout were completed, just in time to accommodate staff from their Richmond Facility. A build time of just four months! The laboratory fitout included fumehood installation, gas and purified water reticulation, benching and data, to accommodate a wide range of highly sophisticated equipment.
